Project Description:

The new NFL SoFi stadium is a 70,000-seat complex encompassing a 300-acre development, at an estimated cost of $2.6 billion. Morgner was commissioned to provide professional construction management services for the project in collaboration with the CM@Risk team of Turner/Hunt JV.

Morgner is providing program quality management oversight of the civil/structural construction package ($1B), electrical and communications ($700m), mechanical and HVAC engineering systems ($400m) and architectural finishes ($200m).
