Morgner provides a variety of services to assist clients in their efforts to comply with applicable health and safety regulations, while providing a safe and healthful workplace for their employees. Our personnel reviews, assesses, and make revisions as deemed necessary to existing policies and programs; develops newly required policies and programs; and assists in the overall implementation of such programs. Our policies and programs are intended to meet applicable rules and regulations for Construction, Tunneling Safety Consulting and Training.

- Competent personnel training
- Confined spaces assessment and training

- Hazardous materials and waste management and training
- Iipp, App program evaluation and audits
- Job hazard assessment
- Msha and OSHA mandated training
- Full/part time health & safety officers level 2-5.
- Respiratory protection program development and training
- Tunnel safety orders mandated training
Health and Safety Training:
- 10hr + 30hr OSHA
- Competent personnel (Fall protection, confined space, excavation, lock out/tag-out)
- Haz-Woper 8 to 24hr PART 46/48
- Tunnel safety sub part 8 mine rescue training gas tester course
